It's spring time and I want an herb garden. Not asking much just a four foot wide, ten feet long garden bed. No such thing here. Trying to have a garden in pots is an overwhelming thought to me. It's seems like so much work to keep them watered and to keep them from being knocked over. Our tiny patio isn't big enough with children going in and out it with plants growing on it too. I'm thinking of trying to grow some herbs in my kitchen window. Right now I'm too exhausted to give it a try. Everything is such a blur right now until the second week of May when Perspectives will be over. So I'll be buying potted plants instead of growing them from seed.
Suzie, Joannah and myself have had a birthday this year already. Thankfully we get a break from birthdays until summer. Then we'll be able to more fully celebrate and enjoy them b
I made a castile soap back in January. It turned out nice. I think I'll make it with 100% olive oil next time and try to incorporate it into other recipes calling for Castile soap. I have so many ideas in my head. I really should write them down. ; ) The deodorant I made 6-8 weeks ago turned out to be a hit with my family. Even my pickiest loved ones have asked for more. Yay! So that's one recipe I'll be keeping. : )
I look forward to writing more posts this summer starting in May. Until then au revoir.
